I lead teams of three to six designers, including six on the Amica.com design system rebuild.

As an AI advocate for Razorfish's creative team, I built our AI roadmap, surveyed designers on their tools, and brought AI into client work, from a component audit to first-draft pages built with Claude.

When Amica added a ZIP-code editor after kickoff with no notice to design, I escalated it into a named scope decision with an owner instead of letting the team absorb it.
