Razorfish was tasked with a complete overhaul of Samsung.com’s global website. The project’s goal was to modernize and unify the website experience across all of Samsung’s many markets and businesses.

The customer experience journey starts with the homepage and ends with the cart, but there are many branching pathways that we were tasked with designing along with editorial, support, and customer account management we touched nearly every nook of Samsung.com
We also designed a new global navigation system through lots of user testing, prototyping, and strategy. The finished product is not only beautiful but functional across the many lines of business.
Designing a product card that could be both versatile enough to use across all of Samsung.com and throughout the many businesses within the company was an especially challenging ask. There are many specifications and details that need to be surfaced to the user. Our team did rigorous work and research to ensure that the product card was both adaptable and beautiful.
